Student Athlete of the Week, Robbie Maslanka

Warwick High School is proud to select Senior Student-Athlete Robert Maslanka as this weeks’ Bill Garcia ALLSTATE Student-Athlete of the Week. The senior football captain is playing tennis for the Wildcats this spring. Robbie wore #44 for the Wildcats and was a two-year starter at linebacker where he led the team with 88 tackles and was selected to the All Section Football Coaches’ All Star Team.

Robert’s academic average is an 88 and earned NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete Recognition. He is a member of the Leadership Academy, HS Coalition and S.A.D.D., he recently gave a presentation to middle school on leadership and decision making. Robbie will attend Cortland State in the fall where he will major in Physical Education and play football for the Red Dragons. Robbie is the son of Tom and Mary Maslanka of Pine Island, New York.

His brothers John and Tommy were outstanding student-athletes at Warwick High School and his sister Kristen received consecutive All Conference Honors in Volleyball at Delhi. Warwick High School is proud to recognize Robert Maslanka as this week’s Bill Garcia ALLSTATE Insurance Student-Athlete of the Week.
