Middle school sparkles in pink to support breast cancer awareness, support services and funding

 Warwick Valley Middle School sparkled in pink today, Oct. 18, when students, faculty and staff wore various shades of pink attire to show their awareness and support of people affected by breast cancer.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Students paid $1 for face painting, wristbands or photo booth pictures to support the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation, which funds support services and provides outreach assistance  for people coping with breast cancer within nine lower Hudson Valley counties.
