Hailey Gray-Plaisted, a Warwick graduate and veterinary technician working for Seeing Eye for the Blind, recently visited Mrs. Ehler’s animal science and veterinary science classes to speak about their service dog program and clinical procedures that take place within their veterinary facilities. Students in the veterinary science classes had the opportunity to auscultate the heartbeat and palpate femoral pulse on the guest labrador retriever “Glory”.
