WVHS – Information about course change requests 2017-18

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Welcome to the 2017-18 school year at Warwick Valley High School.

As the schedules go live this afternoon, please keep in mind that every effort was made to accommodate student/parent requests and teacher placement recommendations that were submitted last spring.

If you need to request a course change, we ask that you complete the WVHS Course Change Request Form.

Schedule changes will be handled in the order below:

  • Missing graduation requirements
  • Period or course conflict
  • Computer entry error (student has wrong course on schedule)
  • Summer School involvement

This is a new process, and the form will help counselors to prioritize the requests and address them in a timely manner.

Any request for changes must be completed by Sept. 15, 2017.

We look forward to seeing you on Sept. 6.
