WVCSD upgrading to SchoolMessenger parent notification system

Parents should verify contact information in Parent Portal

The Warwick Valley Central School District uses the SchoolMessenger Notification System as its primary notification system to provide timely communications to families via phone calls and emails.

SchoolMessenger uses the contact information you have on file with the district through eSchoolData to send you notifications. To verify your phone number and email address, log into your Parent Portal account.

If you do not know your username and password for Parent Portal, or you are not registered for an account, please contact Yvonne Koulikov at ykoulikov@wvcsd.org.

If your contact information is incorrect in Parent Portal, it is important to correct it. Read our detailed instructions on how to provide or correct emergency contact information in Parent Portal.

All parent notifications, including snow day messages, are sent via SchoolMessenger Service

Since the school district uses SchoolMessenger Service as the primary tool for parent notifications – including delayed openings, snow days and emergencies – it is imperative that ALL WVCSD PARENTS have signed up for Parent Portal, supplied an email address in the personal information section, and checked to make sure their information is accurate.

Please note: parents who do not take these steps may miss important messages and notifications regarding emergencies, school closings, delayed openings, etc.
