The Cosmetology students are excited for the opportunity to implement the skills they have learned in their program by offering an array of hair and beauty services to the Warwick Valley community. This training environment affords the students the abilities to work with actual clients, enhance their communication and listening skills, and perfect their professional techniques in hair and nail care under the supervision of their instructor. The salon will offer the following services for men and women:

  • Haircuts
  • Blowout Styling
  • Single Process Retouch
  • Double Process Color
  • Highlights
  • Half Highlights
  • Full Special Occasion Up-do
  • Corrective Color
  • Wash and Set
  • Perm
  • Relaxer Retouch
  • Basic Manicure

All of the Cosmetology students must establish required training hours in a salon environment in order to qualify to take the New York State licensing examination. As a result, there is no charge for any of these salon services and tipping is not permitted. However, donations can be made to the Warwick Valley High School Career and Technical Education Scholarship Program.

If you would like to participate in the training of our Cosmetology students, please call the WILDCUTS Salon at (845) 987-3050, Ext. 22921 to schedule an appointment.

If you choose to make a donation, please do so by check, payable to Warwick Valley Central School District. Thank you for supporting our Cosmetology program at Warwick Valley High School.
