Cats Rally in 2nd Quarter but Come Up Short

Grant Dolshun makes a play vs. Cornwall in the Cats’ first loss of the season.

Warwick rallied back from a 14-0 deficit to tie the Cornwall Dragons before the half, but fell 28-14 as time expired. 

Warwick’s defense held the Dragon on multiple series, but Cornwall was able to put two second-half touchdowns on the board. 

The defense was paced by a strong pass rush led by William Noteboom, Sebastian Pelaez, Patrick Tully, Grant Dolshun, Trey Pinkham and company. 

Warwick took their show on the road to take on the Minisink Warriors on Friday night, Sept. 28, before returning home to defend the Spirit Trophy against Goshen.
