Dear Parents and Guardians of the WVHS Class of 2017,

As you know, senior year includes many highly-anticipated events and activities – not the least of which is the traditional Senior Trip.

We’re happy to announce that this year’s senior class will travel to Boston, MA, for a three-day, two-night adventure that includes a stop at the Six Flags New England amusement park.

Date of trip: April 27-29, 2017

All students have been sent an email from their senior advisor about the trip, and parents will receive an email via School Messenger Service with all the details. Please check your inbox for this email and click on the link to open the packet of forms which must be completed, notarized and returned to Mr. Jacobsen by November 30. (Students can also pick up a hard copy of the packet of forms in the high school office.)

COMPLETED PAPERWORK AND NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $50.00 MUST BE TURNED IN TO MR. JACOBSEN NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 30, 2016.

Please make check out to: Warwick Valley Central School District
Write in memo: senior trip (students name)

Some of the highlights include:
• Red Sox vs Cubs Baseball Game (The $50.00 deposit is needed to secure tickets)
• The New England Aquarium and Boston Harborwalk
• Faneuil Hall
• Boston Duck Tour
• Prudential Skywalk Observatory
• Tour of Fenway Park
• A day at Six Flags New England

The cost of this Senior Trip will be about $500 per student. Additionally, students will have fundraising opportunities throughout the school year to offset the cost of the trip.

We look forward to making this a safe and fun experience for all our seniors!
Sincerely,

Dr. Larry Washington
Principal
