The October 15 win of the Spirit Trophy was the perfect way to wrap up a fun Homecoming Week for Warwick students. All the schools celebrated the pride of the purple and gold last week, and high school students made the most of it despite the shortened school week. Tuesday was Safari Day, Thursday was Comics Day, and on Friday the school held the annual pep rally in the high school gym. That evening was the powder puff game and bonfire, followed by the parade through the Village of Warwick and football game on Saturday.

High school students also worked on their comic-themed class floats throughout the week. The floats were judged by school administrators and board members at the viewing stand during Saturday’s parade on Main Street.

The winning 2016 class floats were:

1st – Sophomores – Star Wars
2nd – Seniors – Justice League
3rd – Juniors – The Peanuts
4th – Freshmen – Scooby Doo

Congratulations to the Wildcats for their outstanding win at the Spirit Trophy game, and thank you to all who came out to support our students at Homecoming.

Go ‘Cats! Tradition never graduates.
