Watch the January episode of In The Valley... trivia, pinball, alpacas, manga and more

As the days slowly grow longer and the valley starts buzzing with new energy, there's no better time to explore what makes Warwick so special. From trivia games to local hangout spots that bring people together, there's plenty to discover. Stay with us for all this and more on this month's edition of In the Valley.

This episode of In the Valley is hosted by Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Stephanie Keegan Craver. All segments are 100% conceptualized, written, filmed, narrated, and edited by students in the Warwick Valley High School video production program, which is led by teacher Dan Cecconie. Video production is one of the courses offered as part of the high school's unique in-house CTE program, which also includes cosmotology and criminal justice.

The students in Mr. Cecconie's program produce a ton of outstanding content over the course of the year, covering everything from homecoming to graduation, and all that comes in between! Wildcat athletics, the performing arts, special events -- like the cardboard ragatta and newspaper fashion show -- not to mention numerous awards ceremonies. 

In the Valley is an example of their community-focused content, and gives viewers informative and fun profiles on the people and places that make Warwick and its neighboring communities such wonderful places. The show is not only a great way for the video production students to show off their impressive developing skills, but also their own civic pride.

Some of the places in this episode include unique destinations here in Warwick, as well as in Chester and Greenwood Lake. And as for the people, there is an interview with Warwick Valley grad Narciscus Key, who owns Key Studios.
