Dear WVHS parents and guardians,
Welcome to Warwick Valley High School! We are excited to begin this journey with your family and look forward to a great year ahead.
On Thursday, August 27, 2026, Warwick Valley High School administration and the High School counseling department will host an orientation for all incoming freshmen and new students to Warwick Valley High School. The orientation will take place from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
During the session, students will:
- Meet their school administrators
- Meet their school counselors
- Review their class schedules
- Participate in activities led by our Wildcat Ambassadors
- Learn how our rotating schedule and Unit Lunch work
- Discover the many clubs, activities, and athletic opportunities available at Warwick Valley High School
- Receive their school-issued Chromebook
- Find their locker
Westrongly encourage all incoming freshmen and new students to attend. This orientation is designed to help students feel comfortable, connected, and prepared for a successful transition to high school.
For Greenwood Lake families, a shuttle will depart from Greenwood Lake Elementary School to Warwick Valley High School at 8:15 am. Please complete the shuttle request form included in the confirmation email you will receive after submitting your RSVP.
