Warwick Valley High School holds its annual orientation for freshman and students who are new to the district on Thursday, August 27!
High school administrators, guidance counselors, and the Wildcat Ambassadors are excited for the opportunity to meet and greet the incoming freshman class, along with any student -- freshmen through seniors -- who are new to the Warwick Valley district.
The August 27 orientation is designed to help students feel comfortable, connected, and prepared for a successful transition to high school. During the orientation event, students will...
- Meet their school administrators
- Meet their school counselors
- Review their class schedules
- Participate in activities led by our Wildcat Ambassadors
- Learn how our rotating schedule and Unit Lunch work
- Discover the many clubs, activities, and athletic opportunities available at Warwick Valley High School
- Receive their school-issued Chromebook
- Find their lockers
PLACE: Warwick Valley High School (enter through the main front doors)
TIME: The event begins promptly at 9:00 am and ends at 12:00 pm.
GREENWOOD LAKE FAMILIES: As a reminder, the shuttle will depart from Greenwood Lake Elementary School for Warwick Valley High School at 8:15 am.
