OU-BOCES offering bulk meal pickup this summer for eligible participants

Dear Families... Orange-Ulster BOCES is pleased to offer bulk meal pick-up for eligible children this summer!

All children 18 years of age and under are eligible to receive meals, regardless of their school district. Children do not need to be Orange-Ulster BOCES students to participate. Pick-ups will take place on Wednesdays from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at 53 Gibson Rd, Goshen. Please look for posted signs indicating the designated pick-up location upon arrival.

To participate, a Google Form must be completed each week by the Friday prior to your desired pick-up date.

Meals will be available for the following dates

• July 8. 2026
• July 15, 2026
• July 22, 2026
• July 29, 2026
• August 5, 2026
• August 12, 2026

Eligibility Requirements:

• Children must be 18 years of age or younger to receive meals through this program. Meals are intended for children and must be picked up by a parent, guardian, or designated adult on their behalf. Participation may require confirmation of the number of eligible children in the household.
   
• Non-congregate meals are made possible through participation in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), allowing eligible children to receive meals to take home and enjoy off-site during the summer months. These meals are provided at no charge and are prepared in accordance with USDA summer meal pattern requirements for the 2026–2027 school year.
   
• Families may also be eligible for Summer EBT (SUN Bucks), which provides additional funds to purchase groceries during the summer months. Benefits are issued on an EBT card and can be used at authorized retailers to help support continued access to nutritious food when school is not in session.
