Six Wildcats sign letters of intent to compete at Division 1 schools

Great news out of Wildcats Country today, as six Warwick Wildcats signed National Letters of Intent, a form completed by student-athletes that indicates their commitment to play sports at NCAA colleges and universities.

All six Wildcats (dubbed the "Super 6" by Warwick Valley's Athletics Director Gregory Sirico) will be attending Division 1 schools, where they will carry on their athletic and academic excellence at the next level.

Congratulations, Luke Beattie, Madison Olszewski, Emily Romig, Johannah Bradley, Connor Holland, and Jason Senior!

LUKE BEATTIE, Track & Field

Luke is committed to the University of Tennessee. The Tennessee Volunteers compete in the NCAA Division I South Eastern Conference (SEC) against teams such as Alabama, Texas A & M, Vanderbilt, and Ole Miss. Luke was recruited to Tennessee by pole vault coach Kyle Ellis, and was also courted by Virginia Tech, Oregon, and Ole Miss. Luke plans to major in supply chain management.

  • 3-time Indoor Track & Field All American
  • 2-time Indoor State Pole Vault Champ

Madison Olszewski (Cross-Country, Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field)

Madison is committed to Siena University. Siena competes in the NCAA Division I Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) against schools such as Iona, Marist, Sacred Heart, Quinnipiac, and Ryder University. Madison was recruited as a cross-country and 5K athlete by Siena head coach Elizabeth Debole. Madison plans to study nursing.

  • 2025 NYSPHSAA state qualifier for Cross-Country
  • Wildcats Captain and Warwick’s number 1 finisher
  • Top 10 finisher (All-Section) for two consecutive years
  • Outdoor Track Section IX place winner 4x800 M

  • 13 total varsity seasons

Emily Romig (Softball)

Emily is committed to playing softball at St. Bonaventure University. The Bonnies compete in the NCAA Division I Atlantic Ten Conference against schools such as Rhode Island, Fordham, St. Josephs, and UMASS. Emily was recruited by head coach Camden Decker as a corner infielder. Emily plans to major in health sciences.

Johannah Bradley (Soccer)

Johannah is committed to Virginia Tech University. The Hokies compete in the NCAA Division I Atlantic Coastal Conference (ACC) against schools such as UNC, Clemson, Notre Dame, and Florida State. Johannah was recruited by head coach Chugger Adair to compete as an outside wing, and was also courted by Boston College, Arizona State, and West Virginia. Johanna was selected to compete in the High School All-American game, taking place in South Carolina on December 11, 2025. A unique honor among Wildcat athletes, Johanna has donned the #14 Christina Ginley jersey during her playing career. Johanna plans to major in sports media and analytics.

Connor Holland (Swimming)

Connor is committed to Holy Cross University. The Crusaders compete in the NCAA Division I Patriot League against schools such as Army, Navy, Lehigh, Boston University, and Bucknell. Connor was recruited by head swim coach Kristy Jones as a backstroke and sprint freestyle specialist, and was also courted by Lehigh, Lafayette, and Bucknell. Connor plans to major in economics and accounting.

  • Expected 4-year finalist
  • 2-year team captain
  • 3-time team MVP
  • Holds four school records:100 Backstroke (51.21), 200 IM (1:56.07), 200 and 400 Free Relay

Jason Senior (Lacrosse)

Jason is committed to LeMoyne College. The Dolphins compete in the NCAA Division I Northeast Conference (NEC) against schools such as St. Bonaventure, Robert Morris, Wagner, and LIU. Jason was recruited by assistant coach Justin Schiedmen as a long stick midfielder, and was also courted by Wagner, RPI, and Bellarmine. Jason plans to major in business.

  • Expected spring 2026 team captain
  • First team All-Section sophomore and junior years
  • 3 Section IX titles; Regional champs in 2025
