Two Warwick Valley skiers qualify for NYS championships

Emma Fontaine and Ava Fanos will represent the Warwick Valley Wildcats at the NYSPHSAA State Skiing Championships!
Warwick Valley's Emma Fontaine and Ava Fanos both qualified for the New York State Public High Sschool Atheltics Association Skiing Championships. Emma and Ava finished in the top three overall at the Girls Section IX Skiing Championships to earn their way to the state meet. Emma, a ninth-grader and Ava, a tenth-grader, have both made big impacts as underclassmen in the field of area skiers, and look to wrap up their excellent seasons with strong performances at the state championships.
The championships are being held at Bristol Mountain in Canandaigua, NY. Go Wildcats! We are waiting with high hopes for news from the slopes. Stay tuned!
