Parent Portal is open for the 2019-20 school year

The Warwick Valley Central School District’s Parent and Student Portals are now online for the new school year. Please read on for a list of common questions and answers. If you’re experiencing difficulty with the website or have additional questions please contact Yvonne Koulikov at ykoulikov@wvcsd.org.

How do I access Parent Portal? 

To get to the Parent Portal’s main page, visit the district website at www.warwickvalleyschools.com and scroll to the bottom of the page. The Parent Portal link will be on the bottom left corner.

What should I expect to see when I login?

When you access the Parent Portal, it will be necessary to verify your parent/guardian information prior to viewing your student(s)’ 2019-20 school information. This is in order to ensure we have the most current contact information.

How will new students get login information?

After you have completed the registration process for your child(ren), you will receive an email with Parent Portal login credentials.
If you have already completed the registration process and did not see an email, check your Junk and Spam email folders.

Why can’t I see my child’s schedule?

If you’re having difficulty finding the schedule tab or the schedule, please log out of the Parent Portal and log back in. This should solve the problem. 

How do I verify or change my contact information?

Access “Account Information” at the top right hand corner of your screen and click on the “Personal Information” tab.  

Who should I contact if I’m having trouble with Parent Portal?
