on October 4, 2019

Warwick Valley High School students Dylan Holder, Laura Kaplan, Henri Prevost and Travis Stella have been chosen to present at the 49th Annual Youth Development Training Conference in Albany on Oct. 7-8.

The event is hosted by New York State Youth Bureaus and the Coalition for Homeless Youth.  There, youth development experts from across the state and country will convene to share ideas, learn best practices and exchange knowledge on issues pertaining to positive youth development, prevention services, healthy living and high-risk youth.

The students’ presentation is entitled “Mentoring Magic” and will cover their journey from their days in the Summer Youth Leadership Academy as middle school students to becoming high school leaders of the Warwick Valley Community Center Youth Advisory Board.
