Prepay for School Meals Online!

The Warwick Valley Central School District Food Service Department is pleased to provide parents with a convenient, easy and secure online prepayment service to deposit money into your child’s school meal account at any time. This service also provides parents the ability to view their child’s account balance through a website called mySchoolBucks.com. Having money in each child’s account prior to entering the cafeteria allows the lunch lines to move along much faster so your child has more time to eat and be with friends.

Create your account today

To access this service, visit mySchoolBucks.com. From this site you will create your account and add money to your child’s school meal account. All you need is your child’s name, student ID number (sent to you in your back-to-school mailing), and school zip code.

Know what your child is eating

Parents have the ability to print out a copy of their child’s eating history report. This history report will show you all dates and times that your child has purchased a breakfast and/or lunch within the past ninety days.

Take advantage of the “Low Balance Alert” feature available for free

This keeps you informed via email when your child’s account is getting low – before they have used up all their funds. The low balance alert feature is the only means of notification that your child’s account is low. Paper notices are not sent home by the district. To sign up, look for Low Balance Alert under the “Profile” option in your account.

Important things to know
  • If you have more than one child in the district you can handle all online prepayments from the same account.
  • Making a payment is easy. The deposit amount can be placed against a credit card, debit card or your checking account. All payments are securely processed using our highly secure website and encryption. All payments are quickly credited to
    your students’ account.
  • In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed to cover the bank fees. The convenience fee is $1.95 per deposit transaction. Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the $1.95 fee once per deposit transaction. Warwick Valley Central School District will not profit from the use of this site.
  • If you decide not to take advantage of the online prepayment service, you may continue to make advance payments via check, which should be made out to Warwick Valley Central School District. Please write your child’s full name on the check.
