Hall of Fame

A former high school athlete whose accomplishments at Warwick were extraordinary and noteworthy. Must be a graduate of Warwick Valley High School. Must have completed high school a minimum of 10 years prior to being eligible for nomination.

Must have coached a sport at Warwick Valley High School.  Must be retired from Warwick for a period of at least five (5) years.  The eligible coach must have demonstrated integrity, character, citizenship, success, leadership and community involvement during their high school years and beyond.

Must have served as an administrator in the Warwick Valley School District and positively impacted the Warwick High School Athletic Program. The eligible administrator must have demonstrated integrity, character, citizenship, success, leadership, and community involvement during high school administrative career and is no longer a Warwick Valley School District administrator.

• An individual that has made outstanding contributions to Warwick Athletics in some capacity other than athlete or coach.
• Must be a resident of Warwick School District for a significant number of years (10),  demonstrating support for the Warwick Valley High School Athletic Program.
• The eligible candidate will have made an outstanding positive impact upon the Warwick Valley High School athletic program. 
• Requirements for nominees will also be judged on their significance to athletics at Warwick Valley High School. The official nomination form approved by the Hall of Fame committee must be completed and submitted at a prior place and time which will be indicated on the nomination form.
• Any person who is properly nominated but not selected to the Warwick High School Athletic Hall of Fame shall remain on the list of eligible nominees for five (5) years without having to be re-nominated each year. Inductees into the Warwick High School  Athletic Hall of Fame will be selected by the members of the Hall of Fame committee based on submitted nomination forms from the general public.
• Every year the committee will select 1 eligible team and 4 - 6  eligible individuals (including one coach)  for induction.
