Warwick pole vaulters Luke Beattie and Rachel Venter are not only No.1 in their events in New York State, they are also among the best in the country. Both earned All-America status at the Nike Indoor Track and Field Nationals last weekend at the Armory.

Warwick’s girls basketball team is headed to the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Final Four after defeating Horseheads 40-31 on March 15 at Kingston High School.
The Wildcats (22-1) will play Section 5 champion Aquinas Institute at 11:45 a.m. on Saturday at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy. The winning of that game advances to the Class AA championship game at 10 a.m. on Sunday at the same location.
