2008-09 School budget news and information

2008-09 Budget approved by voters

Warwick voters have approved the proposed budget of $77,853,468 for the 2008-09 school year. Preliminary numbers show 1,349 yes votes, while 973 voted against the budget. The school bus purchase proposition has also passed; 1,218 to 957. Candidates elected to the school board are John Connolly, Samantha Sweeton, Cheryl Barker, Robert Howe and David Eaton.
