Project Graduation's “ALL NIGHT PARTY” on graduation night
has become a tradition in Warwick. The party, held at The
Spa in Vernon, New Jersey, is a gift from the parents and
the community, offering a safe, drug and alcohol-free
celebration to the graduates.
This year, graduation and the party immediately following will be on June 28. Students will be transported by bus to The Spa at 10:00 p.m. and back to the school at 5:00 a.m. Once a student arrives at The Spa, he or she cannot leave the facility early unless a parent picks them up. Throughout the night, the recent grads have access to all of The Spa facilities and entertainment, music and food are provided. Chaperones are present to keep things running smoothly. The charge for each student is $100, which includes the cost of The Spa ticket. The cost for guests is also $100.
The fundraising done throughout the year covers all entertainment and also provides a gift bag for each senior attending the “All Night Party”. If the fundraising is successful the cost to the student may also be reduced. A DVD of the graduation and events of the party will be mailed to each student who attends.
"We need the support of the entire class and their parents to make this a success and a great year for the graduating class of 2008," said Project Graduation 2008 Chairperson Arlene McManus. "Please come to the Project Graduation meetings and participate in the fundraisers."
