- At dismissal, if you are on West Street Extension waiting
in traffic while the busses are coming out of the Middle
School lot; please stay in the traffic pattern. Several
students and staff have gone into the oncoming lane and cut
through the St. Stephen School parking lot. If you are
observed doing this it is a violation of the NY State
vehicle and traffic law and you could receive a summons
which carries fines and several points on your license. I
ask you to share this information with your family members
especially if they drop you off in the morning and pick you
up at dismissal. Thanks for your cooperation and have a safe
day.
- From the Drama Club, this is the week! The Drama Club is
proud to present Little Shop of Horrors this Friday, March
12th at 7:30PM and Saturday, March 13th at 1:00PM and
7:30PM. If you ordered tickets through the box office, you
can pick them up today through Thursday from 3:00 and 6:00PM
daily outside of classroom 103. Any tickets not picked up by
Thursday will be returned for general resale.
- Attention Faculty and Staff, if you have pre-ordered
Little Shop of Horrors tickets, please see Donna Nestor in
the Guidance Office today to pick them up.
- All National Honor Society members should meet with Mr.
O’Connor today beginning period 6 in Room 125. This is a
very brief meeting.
- Boys Golf tryouts will begin on Monday, March 15th at
2:30PM. WE will meet in room 143, see Mr. Weed with any
questions.
- There will be a Scrapbook Club meeting on Monday, March
15th in Room 223 right after school. Please be prompt.
- The Guidance Office will be offering an SAT Study Group
for the May 1st test date. It will meet after school once a
week starting Thursday, March 18th. If you are interested in
joining this group in order to prep for the SAT, please sign
up in the Guidance Office by Tuesday, March 16th.

- Attention all students interested taking the SAT’s on May
1st here at Warwick Valley High School. The deadline to
register is March 31st. Go to the Collegeboard website to

High School in Hamburg, NJ this Saturday, March 13th. You
are to meet in the Gym Lobby at 7:45AM. Be sure you bring
picture ID, 2 #2 pencils and a calculator. Again, you are to
be there no later than 7:45AM.
- Any Student Senator who can help collect for St. Judes
this Friday should see Mr. Burns.
- Any student who would like to sign up to donate blood on
March 17th (St Patrick Day) can sign up in your Social
Studies class or see Mr. Burns.
- Auditions for this years annual Interact Club Talent Show
will be Thursday and Friday, March 18th and 19th after
school in the auditorium. Please see Mrs. Fogler in Room 129
to sign up.
- Attention all Seniors, any senior that has not filled out
a cap and gown form or filled in your height and weight on
the form please see Mrs. Nestor in the Guidance office
IMMEDIATELY! If you do not have a cap and gown you cannot
walk at Graduation!

Avenue is looking for students to help out with their
Parents as Reading Partners Program. Students would be
needed on March 18th from 6 to 8 p.m. Help is needed to
scoop ice cream, assist with simple crafts, set up and clean

- Attention all boys going out for this spring season’s
Championship Track and Field team. You are to report dressed
and ready for practice on Mon., March 8 at 2:30 p.m. in the
pits. Athletes are to bring a pen and be prepared to stay
