WARWICK VALLEY EMPTY BOWLS '12 - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Second annual Empty Bowls fundraising event to be held Sunday, May 6

Empty Bowls is a community meal of soup in handcrafted bowls, bread and dessert. Attendees keep their bowl as a reminder of all the empty bowls in our community and the world. This year's event will also include music and activities. The money raised is donated to local organizations which provide food to children and families in need.
Student volunteers are needed on the day of the event, and will receive community service credit. To add your name to the list of student volunteers, contact Justin Lapidus at justinlapidus25@hotmail.com.

Volunteer "buddies" provide one-on-one support to baseball and soccer players during games in the spring and fall, Saturday & Sunday 10 am-12 noon. Apply by May 1 to help during baseball season.
