Warwick Valley High School is proud to honor Kyle Wierzbicki as this week’s Warwick Valley High School Student – Athlete of the Week, sponsored by ALLSTATE Insurance Bill Garcia Agency.

The senior wrestling standout was named Most Outstanding Wrestler at the Section 9 Wrestling Championships at Monroe-Woodbury. Kyle won his weight class (145 lbs) and helped the Wildcats win the team title for the second consecutive year. He was among the five Section 9 champions from Warwick and will enter the State Tournament with a record of 130 – 30 overall, including two Section 9 Individual Titles.

Kyle has an average of 88 in his classes. He plans to study business and to wrestle in college. He is being recruited by Cortland, Oneonta, Scranton and Towson as a student – athlete and wrestler.

Kyle is the son of Jill and Frank Wierzbicki of Warwick. His sister Ali is a sophomore at Warwick Valley High School. On behalf of ALLSTATE Insurance Bill Garcia Agency, Warwick Valley High School is proud to recognize Kyle Wierzbicki as Student – Athlete of the Week.
